Steem Bot Tracker - SteemConnect Modal changes

Components

SteemConnect Modal is quite annoying in that you have to enter your credentials each time it is opening.

Proposal

Short term solution: open steem connect in a new window. E.g. similar to vote for witness button.
Long term solution: open steem connect approval in the same browser window .

Benefits

It should speed up the use of the current on-site confirmations already brilliantly enhanced.

What are you thoughts on this @yabapmatt ?
