Translating Gitlab | English-Dutch #6
Project details
GitLab is a single application for the entire DevOps lifecycle that allows teams to work together better and bring more value to their customers, faster. GitLab does this by shortening the devops cycle time, bridging silos and stages, and taking work out of their hands. It also means a united workflow that reduces friction from traditionally separate activities like application security testing.

Contribution
I translated more than 1000 words in my sixth contribution to the Gitlab project. No real issues (although the word 'issue' showed a lot ;-)) were encountered during this translation session. Since there's no real 'story' here, just single strings to translate, my posts remain a bit underwhelming. This will probably not change and there are many more posts to come. The project is now translated 47%, I estimate about 10 more sessions will be done before this project is finished.

Thank you for your contribution to the GitLab open source project for Utopian and DaVinci.
In this sixth contribution there were lots of loose words, or just two words and lots of the same with different varieties. Not a very interesting translation to work on. Not for you or me. Proofreading this is pure hell, since all the strings seem to mixed up and 'older' translators seem to have filtered out the more easy strings to translate, leaving the not so straightforward strings for others.
I've seen about six different translators on this project so far, and some have done a good job, but there is one in particular who doesn't even seem very familiar with the Dutch language, let alone the English. It can be quite annoying at times, because I don't really want to touch it, as there is enough to do as it is, but I can't help myself sometimes.
On the other hand, it shows me that you are, by far, the best candidate for this project. No mistakes. 100%
