Provide Related Contributions by Category and Project to Prevent Double Posting

Issue

Right now, @utopian-io doesn't have a quite good tool to prevent any contributor to write the same post that already shared before or suggestions already shared by someone else, except "Search" menu.

The search menu only work manually depending on keyword that is searched by contributor. We need more than that one. A smart tool is a must.

I personally sometimes feel a bit difficult to find a similar post with the contribution that I want to post at this time.

That's why, in this occasion I'd like to suggest a new tool to be built-in for @utopian-io, in order to improve this awesome app in the next release.

I think if this tool can be applied, it will be able to help the shortcomings of "search menu" as mentioned above a little bit more, and I hope it would be a consideration for @elear and team.

Solution

Consider to add the special tool / menu to make contributors easier in checking the same contribution that maybe already shared before.

I call it "Related Contributions by Category" and "Related Contributions by Project", but @utopian-io also can give different names as its expect for.

These tools is a special menu that must be created, in order to be able to sort a similar contribution article into a particular category and or project that selected by a contributor, collect them and then display the most related in a list menu.

Technical Information

1. Related Contributions by Project

Put the list of this menu side by side with the row of Github Project Repositories or pop-up the menu in a new (small) windows, when contributors select a project to contribute.

In this sample, for faster loading I put only 3 article per widget page to appear (5 is still good enough), then on the bottom of the widget there is available 2 arrows, next and previous to make it possible to load more related contribution articles by any contributor.

2. Related Contributions by Category

Put the list of this menu side by side with the Contribution Categorys or pop-up the menu in a new (small) windows, when contributors select a category to contribute, such as the rule of a category currently appear.

The list of related contribution articles, both "by project" and "by category" will change and re-adjusted when the selected category changed by author/contributor.
