The Greatest Nation on Earth?

Is it that fact that it has more prisoners than any other nation?

Prisoners whom in many cases have spent years in prison for very minor crimes, due to the fact that most US Prisons are For Profit Corporations which place a certain quota or minimum usage requirement into their contracts with various states.

This translates into heads in beds and most of those heads are unfortunately poorly educated black people who are racially profiled to provide the necessary minimum for the prisons.

Is it that the US Healthcare (if it indeed can be called healthCARE) System, Primarily benefits the Pharmaceutical Industry, and not the people?

Is it that Women in many states cannot get an Abortion, even if pregnant as a result of rape?

Is it that your gas is so much cheaper than most other countries?

Is it that the public transport system is so outdated?

Is it because the big corporations do the most possible to limit their being a fair rate of pay for regular, non management employee’s?

Is it because of the extreme racism and religious bigotry so prevalent in much of the US?

Is it because…GUNS?

This could go on forever, but hey, you know maybe they are right…
They ARE the self proclaimed greatest nation on Earth, but does the rest of the world agree?
