This is a normal when it comes to human conditions, and when it gets worse it my lead to mental illness. Meditation can also help us to get up on our personal problems.
As we grow up and getting older the more responsibility we need to face it to become a better person and we'll see tomorrow what will bring us. They maybe more challenges comes but we will not stop on fighting we need to face it with courage a courage to wake up another day with a smile on our face.
This world is so dangerous to hangout and some people stop on fighting maybe other people are tired and dissapointed. So we need to encourage each other and not stop on fighting what we have.
