How can college students keep their hobbies?

in #university5 months ago (edited)

After entering the university, I often heard students around me lament that there is not enough time to do what they like, and the time that they originally decided to leave for their hobbies is always snatched up by other things suddenly. I used to be troubled by such a problem, and now, as a sophomore, I have my own solution to this confusion - the community.
Other people may give advice on how to adjust expectations and how to better plan their time. While these tips can be helpful, we are all human after all, and the truth is that most people who have the ability and perseverance to maintain a routine and become "time management masters" don't have this confusion in the first place. And the "interest community" is exactly the optimal solution for our ordinary people.
First of all, the other members of the community share the same interests as themselves. Unlike in the past, "fighting alone", having a few friends from time to time to bring up relevant topics in the ear can make our hobbies not be forgotten.
Secondly, the club has certain resources, and we will have larger activities, more sophisticated platforms, higher attention, and more display opportunities.
Finally, the community is "mandatory" in a certain sense, we need to plan activities for it, participate in activities, attract new people... And the compulsions that to-do lists impose on us are more likely to achieve our goal of engaging in a hobby activity than finding the time to do it ourselves (whether you can still enjoy it is another question, of course).
Therefore, I highly recommend "join the community" to help friends who have the same confusion.
