- On the last day of the extraordinary USPD party conference in Leipzig Arthur Crispien and Ernst Friedrich Daumig be elected party chairman.
- The State Parliament of Vorarlberg in Bregenz takes 20 votes to seven on a motion by which the Parliament should ask the Austrian government in Vienna that self-determination recognize the state of Vorarlberg. This requirement shall he bring to the language and the Supreme Council of the Allies in Paris.
- In a speech in Manchester British Prime Minister David Lloyd George called on all parties to maintain political truce. The national unity must continue to ensure peace.
