ULOG: 19 "Permata Graha Land Launches Clifftop Marina in Uluwatu Bali"

National developers who have worked on various projects in a number of regions in Indonesia, Permata Graha Land (PGL), at the end of October will launch the Marina Clifftop project in Uluwatu, South Bali.
The latest project from PGL is surrounded by international hotels and resorts, such as Banyan Tree, Karma Kandara, Sinaran Surga, and The Ungasan Luxury Villa. In Clifftop development, PGL is working with Magnus Development developers who have 16 years of experience in property, both in Indonesia and Australia
Marketing Director of PGL Satya Adidharma said Marina Clifftop was marketed with a size of 60 m2–100 m2. Because it is located on a hilly cliff and view of Melasti Beach, said Satya, this villa will have sea view and cliff view.
"Residents will be spoiled by amazing panoramas and typical Balinese landscapes," Satya Adidharma said in his written statement, in Jakarta, Friday (9/21/2018).
Bali PGL Area Marketing Manager, Surya, added, before launching at the end of October this year, it offered reservations through the Order Sort Number (NUP). Although only marketing plots of land, said Surya, his side is working with architects to design and carry out the construction of villas.
"We have provided architects, if there are consumers who want to build their villas directly, after buying lots of land," Surya said.
According to Surya, the Melasti beach area is believed to be the target of developers and investors. In the past, he said, the local government reformed and promoted Pandawa Beach, but now the government is starting to fix and promote Melasti Beach.
