Ulography #6 - Cisne de papel / Paper swan
Hace un rato me puse a revisar entre mis cosas "viejas" (de hace algunos años) a ver si encontraba algo interesante, y pues, así fue. Hace como 7 años to solía dedicar mucho tiempo a hacer figuras de papel (origami), fue un hobby que mantuve como por 2 años pero que repentinamente dejé. Ahora mismo no recuerdo la razón, pero probablemente fue por el costo del papel. Aquí está una las figuras que hice:
A while ago I started to check among my "old" things (from a few years ago) to see if I found something interesting and, well, I did. About 7 years ago I used to devote a lot of time to making paper figures (origami), it was a hobby that I kept for 2 years but that I suddenly left. Right now I do not remember the reason, but it was probably because of the cost of the paper. Here is one the figures I made:
Este estilo de origami que parece esculturas era uno de mis favoritos. Requiere de una inmensa cantidad de paciencia (y también tiempo), pero es bastante relajante y el resultado puede ser muy interesante. Pienso retomarlo y hacer nuevas figuras para mostrárselas, pero creo que tomará algún tiempo (por razones obvias xD).
This style of origami that looks like sculptures was one of my favorites. It requires an immense amount of patience (and also time), but it is quite relaxing and the result can be very interesting. I plan to go back and make new figures to show them, but I think it will take some time (for obvious reasons xD).
