I am so happy for today because our team leader distributing our new BPI Debit Card. Last May this year when we were told to filling up a form which is we're need to take down all our personal informations. We're was submitted a two requirements for this, one valid primary and I presented my UMID ID and the other one was that the information form from BPI.
