Even though it was raining and dark while driving to Vancouver, I still got to take some shots and short video of our 4 hour drive from Penticton to Vancouver.
Usually, it is more interesting and more beautiful when it is nice and sunny since you can see the beautiful different colors of nature, but at least you get to see some of our awesome experience while driving through this beautiful Highway 3.
Our first stop was in the Keremeos where we like to buy fresh, organic eggs. In the summer season we always stop in Keremeos for their famous fruit stands and buy some fresh fruit, but we are not in season yet, so we have to wait another month or two.
This is cute little farmhouse with some land and chickens running around and this is where we buy our eggs.
The water levels in the rivers and lakes were pretty hight and dirty since we are having some flooding going on in the Okanagan. As a matter of fact we still saw quite a bit of snow while driving through the mountains.
This is the bridge in Princeton which is a very small town up in the mountains. We always stop for gas here and take a little stretch break by checking out the river.
The water in this river is pretty high and it is slowly overflowing in some parts. Usually, this river is pretty dry and we could walk halfway under the bridge since it was just rocks and no water, but not today.
I know this was just a short little video with only few pictures, but the weather wasn't very nice for taking pictures or videos.
