The name of the main suspect, a male leutenant who bullied her, does not even show in the file/record. The venezuelan military are really really good at 3 things

1. Protecting their own
2. Corruptng and ruining business.
3. Taking revenge of those who offend them
   This lat one they do very efficiently, and for that they do have all the resources and tecnology available. They can solve the most difficult cases in minutes and pass judgement in seconds.
