MY ULOG # 3: A walk through the Chinese gastronomic world!

Hello friends happy and blessed day to all members of the #ulog community and especially my regards to @surpassinggoogle that sponsors all of us who live on this platform creating original content.

Today I wanted to share with all my colleagues of #ULOG images of what was a great sushi night, and it was a very special night because it was my birthday!

This day my request was sushis night so my husband said to work to conset his beloved husband, and best of all was that the chef decided to be myself creating this delicious dish to my taste, for many it is not of their taste but in fact they were so much my desire to eat it and enjoy that I decided to make them personally, I confess that it was not easy to start in this delicate world as is the Chinese food they do a great job making exquisite dishes.

Always at home we try to cook our white rice is as loose as possible and that causes us pleasure, but in this Chinese culinary art while rice is more slimy you better your sushis, and it is really amazing because not everyone likes a rice almost to knead hahaha!

The fact was that while I watched recipes on the internet and encouraged me more and more, we went to the store to take all the necessary implements to get started in this gastronomic art and that is how we started to make these magical sushi, filled with cream cheese, Avocado carrot crabs or any ingredient of your choice is the same as long as you can enjoy it to the fullest and the best is in family.
