#ULOG 441 - Daily Thoughts - 18 Aug 18 - Homesteading Today...

Good Morning, Steemians! :D

We’ve got a wet, grey, gloomy looking morning out there today, but at least its not snow, and my tree looks so pretty against the purple/grey of the fog and rainy sky! :D

I guess Joel (1) really didn’t want any carrot tops because he tossed them all out of his dish, but Billy (2) loved his. :D

Candy (1) and Belle (2) grazing in the rain this morning. :D

Joker (1) and Buddy (2) grazing along the fence lines, Joker got zapped just after I snapped this and moved away from the fence line though. :D

It was time for my morning carrot muffin and look who showed up, our handsome grand-puppy Shadow (1), his lovely sister Lady (2), and their dapper dad Dakota (3). :D

My handsome husband sat down on the couch to enjoy his lunch and was suddenly surrounded by our pretty puppy mom Karma (3), our lovely grand-puppies Lady (1) and Mya (4), their handsome brothers Tiny (5) and Shadow, and their dapper dad Dakota (2), they were all ready for their shares, LOL. :D

The whole herd, Princess (1), Leroy (2), Buddy (3), Joker (4), Candy (5), and Belle (6) taking their mid-afternoon nap in the main pasture. :D

Busted! All three, Mya (1), Karma (2), and Tiny (3) were sleeping when I went to take this picture but either I made a noise, or a bird flew by behind me because they all lifted their head as I hit the button to get the picture of them all sleeping, thankfully its not blurry. :D

We got a surprise visit from our daughter and her boyfriend late this afternoon, I took them out to meet the herd, here they are following Joker back up to the top of the middle pasture. :D

Here they are giving Joker a chin scratch and some raspberries. :D

Joel came out to say hello to them too, but Billy was feeling shy and stayed in the barn. :D

The sun is shining in time for sunset photos, YAY! :D

Our neighbors love to drive by super slow and stare at Candy (1), Princess (2), Buddy (3), Belle (4), Joker (5), and Leroy (6) whenever they see them in the front pasture, I think some even snap pictures of them, I can’t blame them, I like to take pictures of them all in the front pasture too. :D
