#ulog21: P.E Time
I taught my pupils the different physical fitness in this day. They enjoyed doing this kind of activities. I really love to see them enjoying. I explained to them that exercising everyday will make our muscles and bones stronger and flexible in all kinds of works. It stimulates our blood regularly and it makes our body to become strong and out of sickness.
STORK BALANCE STAND TEST
In this picture, you can see us balancing using our one foot. Some of my pupils are really good at balancing, one of them managed to balance within one minute and fifty-seven seconds, that was the longest time in our class. And some of them just made it within few seconds, but I did not discourage them. I have said to them that the most important thing is they tried, did their best and they had fun
HEXAGON AGILITY TEST
In this activity, they have to jump around the hexagon (clockwise and counter clock wise) in shortest time. All of them said that this was just a easy task, and I'm glad to know that! By the way the fastest time was 0:02.9 seconds
BASIC PLANK AND PUSH UPS#
The basic plank activity will help them to develop their abdominal muscle, the longest time of planking was one minute and twenty-two seconds from the groups of girls. While on the Push up activity, they said that they will try to do a 10 plus of push ups, and they did it!
