ULOG 023: So How's The Weather?
Howdy uloggers, been a minute. How y'all been? Except for my dad falling sick for some weeks now(He's better now and is recovering.), life's been pretty tame but still is teaching it's lessons. In these last few months, I've blundered quite a few times(As I always do.), had some awkward moments, some badass ones, and got some good grades last semester. So yeah, life. And speaking of awkward, let's talk about one of the most universal topics used to avoid awkwardness during a conversation or a random encounter. The Weather!
Normally this time of the year we have heavy rains, absurdly heavy rains. This year it's quite different though, yes it's raining almost everyday but, the rainfall we've been getting so far is sweet, melodious and always leaves a beautiful green scenery.
I love it! Specially since the last 3-4 years had given us rains so heavy that at times it felt like the roof would fall on us. Last year a small section of the house had actually caved in. In some areas of the country floods had become the norm during this season. So much so that this year the government had advised to those who lived in the regularly regions to relocate to the safe newly designated areas. Luckily when you do compare, so far only a fraction of said areas got flooded, and even then, barely.
So yeah, all in all I'm freakin greatful for this sweet whether we been having lately. Fingers crossed summertime we get a moderate hot and not the scorching heat we'd been getting the last few years. So, how's the weather looking on your side?
Uhmmm speaking of rain, it had just stopped for some 30 minutes but seems it's back, right on cue when the download of Game of Thrones S08e02 had just finished. Noiice! Laterz!
