Eyes of different colors will certainly attract attention, but a radical difference in color is more of an entertainment factor. The difference in color may not be very sharp, in which case it harmonizes with the appearance and is a "highlight" of the person. But when one eye is dark brown and the other bright blue, it's just unnatural 🤷🏼♂️
