1) the 60 day limit is back, so if one vote every 60 days to keep the internal wallet open is too much it will close for clutter

the very first i intend to add is a 'public accounts' tab, taken from the tables (next to updates / rumours) that lists all the public accounts so anyone can see if theirs is in there already if voted / opened , accounts that have different status will obviously know they're there since they will have logged in at least once (gotta go slow on rc apparently ... )
