Preacher Season 3 Review

If you don't know what this TV show is about, lemme tell ya. This is a strange trippy mix between True Blood and Supernatural with an extra dash of absurdity. Based on the comic book series, The Preacher is nothing other than a show that will continue to amaze you with crazy set of insane characters, and the story is beyond anything seen before.

If you've seen Supernatural, you know the story connecting god, angels and demons and can go in some unexpected ways. Well, Preacher "god" story is way more over the top gory and filled with violence.

Three main characters are The Preacher Jesse Custer who can control the genesis, let's just say it is a force that can make you obey every word he says, then we have Cassidy, a vampire who likes to take drugs and every other opiate available combined, and last but not the least is Tulip O'Hare, a very capable lady who can kick some serious ass.

In this season Jesse is fighting his insane family that uses curses, steals souls, torture and kill people. He also needs to return the genesis back from the insane church order. Meanwhile Eugene, a teenager who blew his face of with the shotgun (arseface), escaped hell with Hitler and is pursuited by the Saint of Killers.

You are still not watching this show? It is also nice to know Seth Rogen is one of the show's creators, his comedic input can be seen everywhere and non stop.

Nothing more to say other than if you're still not watching this show and this short synopsis got you interested, go ahead and watch it, trust me it's that good. Preacher is one of those shows that will continue to make you laugh in the most unexpected ways, absurd but good. Score: 9.2/10.
