STORY

I've a HTC One M7 used for years. Battery become weaker and weaker. It only have 2300mAh built in battery. And now it'll need to be charged within a few hours because battery drained too fast. Ya, maybe someone may think a master reset will give help. I did it and still the same problem. So I decided to charge its battery. I've watched the video on iFixit, it shown me very difficult to change the battery. I tried to walk in some mobile phone repair shop to survey for the service, but sorry, no doing service on HTC. So I decided to DIY. I ordered a battery online and a set of tools.
HTC One M7 只配备2300mAh容量的电池。 在现在来说是特别小了。用了几年，电池老化，电量流失特快。想找维修店换电池，可是本地没有维护HTC的。最后决定自己来。决定了就要行动， 直接从网路订购电池。

STEPS

The glue was really tight, to glue both touch screen panel and back cover together. I spent hours, damaged the tools i bought, and reshape them back.
说真的， 屏幕和背壳真的胶得很紧。 工具坏了， 弄回来， 继续拆。

DON'T TRY TO DISSEMBLE IF YOU DON'T HAVE A HEATER OR EVEN A HAIR DRIER.
如果手上没有东西可以加温，例如热风枪，吹风筒，请不要尝试拆解。

After separated the screen panel and back cover, everything become easy. Only remove the battery will take risk.

You think after removed these screws which shown by iFixit will be enough? Sorry, you are wrong. You needed to remove some of the cables that hide under stickers. They were blocking you from lifting the mainboard. Please be careful when remove them.
看iFixit 的指南， 别以为就那几颗螺丝罢了。想要抬起主机板， 你必须移除那些银色，贴纸下的线头。拔除的时候请小心， 拉断了就玩完了。

After you can lift up the board, remove these two screws because they were for battery. Battery was glued at the back of the screen. So please please be very gentle. I used a plastic card to slip under the battery to help me to separate from the screen.
当可以把主机板抬起以后， 顺便拆下这两颗锁住电池接点的螺丝。 电池是粘在银幕背后的。请非常非常小心的用一张卡片插入电池和银幕之间来分开他们。

Change battery is fast. Then the end of the story. Cover and put everythings back to their place. AND POWER ON.
一次生， 两次熟。换上新电池， 再把其他东西装上就可以开机测试了。
