Sidi Bou Said a small village in northern Tunisia located about 20 km from the capital, Tunis. known for it beautiful sea view and it's blue and white colors.

Palace Dar Nejma Ezzahra

This palace was originally built by Baron Rodolphe e’Erlanger as his own home. but now It is preserved as a museum.

 

The museum is a truly interesting place with lots of historical objects and artifacts. It also houses the Centre des Musiques Arabes et Miediterraneennes, which is a regular concert venue throughout the year. This centre for Arabic and Mediterranean music is frequented by hundreds of thousands of people each year.

Another interesting thing about this place is that it’s also frequently used for filming, including the making of Justine, which was based on Lawrence Durrell’s novel of the same name. This is definitely one place you won’t want to pass up if you visit the country.
