Trading one lie for another is not becoming aware, it's just trading one set of chains for a different set.
One of the best antidotes for the chain of lies we are inundated with is constant research, but it's not an easy path and the results can be difficult to see/read/hear... especially, when one wants to share the results with the willfully blind...
