Then PIP means when we buy any coin in crypto currency, for example, we bought near coin for 2 dollars, so when the price of near coin touches 2.5 dollars, we can say that near has pumped so many percent. But since we will trade on currencies in the forex sector and we all know that the price of currencies does not increase much. For example, you will never see the price of us dollar is 1 dollar today and becomes 2 dollars tomorrow, as a result of which we will not be able to calculate our profit in this way. For this we have to calculate with PIP in the forex sector. If after opening a trade in the forex sector, that currency changes by one PIP then you will get a profit of an amount according to your LOT and if from there it changes by two PIP then you will get a little more profit according to your LOT. That means the more PIP you hit after opening a trade, the more profit you will get.
