This week I wanted to share some information I learned recently from Ernest Hancock's Declare Your Independence radio show with his interview with Dr. Brad Weeks who happens to be Joby Week's Uncle. If you have some time please give the video below a watch.

Essentially when your body is heavily toxic from poor diet and lack of nutrition cells can get confused and mutate because your body is in overload trying to heal itself. There is a difference between the cancer tumor cells and the cancer stem cells. Chemotherapy will attack the Cancer tumor cells but make the Cancer Stem Cells go into power mode over 9000 to replicate faster and spread farther.

The big takeaway I got from the presentation was to have an anti-inflammatory diet, because inflammation is the root of all disease.

Many anti-inflammatory foods exist in the seeds of plants. One of the recommendations from Dr. Weeks was to freeze seeds, grind them, and ingest them in a smoothie or sprinkle on your food.
