It seems like there hyping it up in order to entice people to sell. Almost like a dump. and then watch it skyrocket during the first week of august when bitcoin becomes much more stable. Unless this has something to do with preventing bitcoin from being used for illegal activities, in that case it might not climb up that quickly.
