Last weekend I went for a walk around the Beaverbrook trails which just recently reopened after a fire in 2002 destroyed most of the area it was great to see it recovered and rebuilt, for this post I will focus on the recovered and the rebuilt Boardwalk will be in another post, for this post for Tree Tuesday hosted by @old-guy-photos I will focus on the trees and walkway
The day I walked through there was before the recent storms and cold spell, it was a nice sunny day and the colors were beautiful as I hope these shots will show.

The sun really brougt out the nice Autumn/Fall colors that day I must say it was such a refreshing walk, it was not officially open and I didnt see another person on this walk

Today I drove past the trail parking lot and saw it was now open, and if it hadn't been for the minor detail that it gets dark so early I would have considered taking a stroll around it, but it wouldn't perhaps be so refreshing in the dark.

Although for most of the walk there were plenty of fall colors, in some parts they were already fading away

On a more serious note... do you experience problems with steemit today? Posting comments seems almost impossible... I'm posting this through busy right now as it seems to work, but steemit is making me completely !DERANGED
I seldom use Steemit.com myself these days, I use Steemreply.com to reply to comments as I find it quicker and easier
I generally use the esteem App for my morning post and actifit app for my evening post
For viewing the fed and commenting and voting i mostly use Steempeak.com
And so far there all working fine for me today

Well... don't log out of your apps. Chances are you can't login back...
There seems to be a problem with the API and/or steemconnect for certain functions...
I was able to post this via the creativecoin site... I was still logged in there...
And yes, this makes me completely !DERANGED I better leave the whole thing for a while and have lots of !BEER instead 😒
Duly noted and won’t log out but that said Steempeak logged out and I was able to log on but it took a while

Ohh yes i am glad i got that walk in, the next few days we had storms and most of the colors are gone i think

You might be right. The trendo works always, but the others don't - maybe I should use sometimes the !BEER and sometimes the !DERANGED only ;)

Wow, that looks like an awesome place to walk. I'd like to get out with my wife and do some woods walking this Fall, but everything is so wet right now. I am trying to talk her into getting some snow shoes so we can do Winter walks too.
It is such a beautiful trail and not to long, as for snow shoes I am feeling the cold more in my breathing each year so I suspect my walking or outdoor walks at least will slow down over winter so no need for me to get snow shoes LOL
