Today, I’d like to share about a beautiful tourist spot near our town Parbatipur, located within Parbatipur Upazila. The name of the place is “Soyar”, and it’s a lovely natural destination situated about 5.6 kilometers from my hometown. One of the things I enjoy most is the scenic road that leads to Soyar, it's peaceful and refreshing, making my journey just as enjoyable as the destination
I really enjoy the lush green surroundings along the road to Soyar. The green plants and paddy fields on both sides create such a refreshing atmosphere, which is why I love traveling this road again and again. Whenever I feel the urge to refresh my mind, I try to head to Soyar to enjoy its natural beauty and peaceful vibes.
On the way to Soyar, I pass through a quiet little village that adds to the charm of the journey. Just before reaching the beautiful destination, I come across a small, narrow river which is simple, yet stunning. Its calm flow and natural beauty always capture my heart and leave me feeling peaceful every time I see it.
Just before entering the main spot in Soyar, I saw a beautiful open field, with a high school located right next to it. As I walked a bit further, I came across a stunning natural space with a large, serene pond surrounded by greenery. The area around the pond was filled with lush plants, and there were gardens of mango and lychee trees, with mango trees being the most common. The whole scene felt calm, refreshing, and close to nature.
On the right side of the destination, I noticed that a park is currently under construction. It felt really good to see this development, because a park is something that was truly needed in such a beautiful natural spot. It will provide a relaxing and enjoyable environment for people from nearby villages as well as the town itself. However, the park was still closed when I visited a few days ago, so I couldn’t explore it yet.
On the west side of the area, I noticed a group of people who seemed to be having a picnic. They had parked a few vehicles under the shade of a mango tree, and set up a loud music system. While it looked like they were enjoying themselves, the loud music felt a bit inappropriate in such a peaceful natural setting. So, I didn’t stay long near that spot and continued quickly to explore the beautiful surroundings.
The mango garden beside the edge of the pond felt almost like a mango forest to me, it was so dense and full of greenery. I still remember the time when I visited this garden before, and we even organized a Steemit meetup there. Unfortunately, the garden is closed now, likely due to the ongoing construction of the park nearby. It was a peaceful and memorable spot that added to the charm of Soyar.
After that, my friend and I watched a football match on the field for a few minutes. As evening approached, we decided it was time to leave this beautiful place. We headed home, taking the same scenic road from Soyar, enjoying the peaceful surroundings along the way.
Although the loud music earlier had made us a bit uncomfortable, the natural atmosphere more than made up for it. On the way back, I also got to enjoy a beautiful village sunset, which was the perfect end to our refreshing visit.
I am inviting @miftahulrizky, @mohammadfaisal & @damithudaya to take part in the contest.
