A TRIP TO DIAMOND PARK, ILORIN, KWARA STATE, NIGERIA

Good afternoon, Steem Mates. I remember telling us that I was going to give us an update about what the afternoon weather in Ilorin, Kwara State looks like. I apologize for bringing the post now and not a few days ago which I promised to do so.

So, I went to Diamond Park today and this is what the afternoon weather looks like. You know, I told us a couple of days ago that in the morning, the weather will look like something else - it will look as if it's going to rain and then, it doesn't. I told us how surprised you'll be about the weather if you get here. I think it's unique. The sun setting at 9am is very unique.

So, this is Diamond Park, it's an amusement park here in Ilorin, Kwara State and this is the highlight of my trip. I think it is extremely beautiful.

The first thing one has to do when they get here is collect this sticker which you can see in the picture and it costs 500 naira only.

When you collect the sticker for the fee, you can go inside and either enjoy the free services like swings or the paid ones like horse riding.

As you can see, the place is very clean and beautiful. I saw a couple of workers coming in to sweep and keep the place tidy.

There are different types of games there and he had a different time choosing what I wanted to do.

I was actually only interested in the games and not the food that's why I took pictures of only the games and environment.

I loved everything about the environment, it was serene, it was neat, it was clean and it was well guarded.

Though I didn't get any food, my tour guard got something and the price difference between theirs and outside was just 50 naira. That's quite impressive, you know? Other places I've visited, the price tags are always like 200 naira. This was another thing I liked about them.

Trust me, I had such a good time.

I promised my best friend that I was going to bring her here some day for her birthday.

Ilorin, Kwara State is beautiful and lovely and it's a place you can go for your vacation.
