Contest: Let's go for a walk

Health is the real wealth of a person, but we are so busy in our lives and go through so much to earn, study, job or business activities that we often forget to take care of our health and spend some "Me" time with ourselves.

I see you write a diary every day on Steemit and tell us how busy your day was.

Today I want to offer you a different contest in which you can tell us how you spent your time with yourself by walking.

This contest will hit two birds with one stone for you - improve your mental and physical health and give you a chance to win some prizes.

You have to describe your walk whether you walked alone or with your friends. How you did it, how long you walked, and what were you doing for instance listening to music, or walking with a group of friends.

It's easy. Walking makes you happy and the benefits of walking are never-ending. Overall, walking improves your overall health and helps maintain your normal physical functioning.

Rules:

You don't have to put in too much effort. All you need to do is take 6-7 photos of your walk including a selfie. No photos from internet.

When did you walk in the morning or evening?
In the end, describe what benefits can be derived from walking. Does walking work?
Make sure that your post accurately describes your own experience.
Do not take the help of AI
Your post should have a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 700 words.
Now start walking and let's read it.
Write like a simple post and not as if you were writing an essay or answering my questions.
