Last weekend I visited Margalla Hills National Park for Birding and following birds I observed and photographed.

Long-Tailed Shrike

The long-tailed shrike or rufous-backed shrike is a member of the bird family the shrikes. They are found widely distributed across Asia and there are variations in plumage across the range.

The black-rumped flameback, also known as the lesser golden-backed woodpecker or lesser goldenback, is a woodpecker found widely distributed in the subcontinent.

The long-tailed minivet found in southern and south-eastern Asia where it occurs in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Laos, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The isabelline wheatear is a small passerine bird. It is a migratory bird.
