By train through Europe - 20th August - Ljubljana
Ljubljana, the city of the dragon. @bachuslib picked us up at the train station and brought us to the apartment where we’d stay. There, he had already prepared food for us. So. Much. Food.
I briefly wondered if he wanted to go all “Hänsel and Gretel” on us and cook us. He didn’t. He’s just a wonderful person.
At the top of a skyscraper, once the tallest building in the city, we met with @alexs1320 for something to drink. He then proceeded to show us around the city, mutating to an excited tour guide.

If you haven’t been to Ljubljana, I can only recommend it. It’s a beautiful city, and at the same time not as crowded as most. I loved it a lot.

Those selfie spot things are a pandemic and I feel like they completely miss the point. "Hurry and take your picture right here, in front of this thing that we put here, at the same angle as thousands of other people, so that there is no individuality in your photo whatsoever!"
I guess I'm always doing that wrong..
(I hate that I can't turn the picture while on the phone)
