I remember I completed that trek about 10 years ago.
It absolutely killed me to climb that mountain and - to double down on the embarrassment - you'd have the miners running up and down the mountain with up 70kg in the baskets.

I totally agree @s-montagu. It's a really tough job. It's hard to complain about getting tired when we're surrounded by those hardworking miners. Thanks!
