Like Mozart and Joseph I in Austria, I spotted a lot of King Charles IV around Czechia. Charles was the 14th Century King of Bohemia and later, the first Holy Roman Emperor from this region.

His birth name was Wenceslas, however he is not the good King mentioned in the song. That Wenceslas was alive in the 10th century. However, he was a member of the same Royal dynasty.
