Once the adventure in Koh Samui ended, two exciting days began in Bangkok, so I'll start with the first one already ... Let's go to Bangkok!

Una vez finalizada la aventura en Koh Samui, empezaban dos días apasionantes en Bangkok, así que empezaré con el primero ya... Vamos a Bangkok!

After six days of travel, my wife and I separated the roads from the trip of @romangt87 and his girlfriend. We went to Koh Samui airport very early and took our flight to Bangkok.

Después de seis días de viaje, mi mujer y yo separamos los caminos del viaje de @romangt87 y su novia. Fuimos al aeropuerto de Koh Samui bien temprano y cogimos nuestro vuelo a Bangkok.

Once in Bangkok, we took the subway to the center of Bangkok and stopped at a stop very close to our hotel, the Pantip Suites. The room was spectacularly large, perhaps bigger than my house. We were staying on the eighth floor and had spectacular views from the room's terrace.

Una vez en Bangkok, cogimos el metro hasta el centro de Bangkok y nos paramos en una parada muy cerca de nuestro hotel, el Pantip Suites. La habitación era espectacularmente grande, quizás más grande que nuestra casa jajaja. Estábamos alojados en la octava planta y teníamos unas vistas espectaculares desde la terraza de la habitación.

After taking a shower, we went out onto the street and decided to walk around Bangkok and enjoy the city. First we went to collect our compensation for the delay with the stopover on the flight of Qatar Airways, I commented on the post of day 1 of the trip. Once we charged our $ 250 each in Thai bahts, we went shopping to the most famous shopping malls in Bangkok, we were at MBK, Terminal 21, Central World and Siam Paragon. Personally, the commercial center that I liked the most was the MBK, in it you can buy everything you want and more, if you go looking for something you will find it safe and also buy other things that you did not look for but you will love hahaha

Después de darnos una ducha, salimos a la calle y decidimos andar por Bangkok y disfrutar de la ciudad. En primer lugar fuimos a cobrar nuestra indemnización por el retraso con la escala en el vuelo de Qatar Airways, lo comenté en el post del día 1 del viaje. Una vez que cobramos nuestros 250 dólares cada uno en thai bahts, nos fuimos de compras a los centros comerciales más famosos de Bangkok, estuvimos en MBK, Terminal 21, Central World y Siam Paragon. Personalmente, el centro comercial que más me gustó fue el MBK, en él puedes comprar todo lo que quieras y más, si vas buscando una cosa la encontrarás seguro y además comprarás otras cosas que no buscabas pero que te encantarán jajaja

To return to the hotel, we had better go back in tuk tuk. Bangkok is full of them, and they are highly recommended, although you should always take them with caution. If you go and tell the tuk tuk driver a very low price for the trip but says he will make one or two stops along the way, do not get him, because what he will do will stop at some "friend" trade in him and if not buy nothing, he will leave you there. Otherwise, they are highly recommended and very quick to move on short journeys.

Para volver al hotel, que mejor que volver en tuk tuk. Bangkok está lleno de ellos, y son muy recomendables, aunque siempre hay que cogerlos con precaución. Si vais y os dice el conductor del tuk tuk un precio muy bajo por el viaje pero dice que hará una o dos paradas en el trayecto, no lo cojáis, porque lo que hará sera parar en algún comercio "amigo" de él y si no compráis nada os dejará allí. Por lo demás, son muy recomendables y muy rápidos para moverse en trayectos cortos.

To end the day, we went to dinner at one of Bangkok's most exclusive restaurants (on the recommendation of a good friend), she has been to Bangkok twice and recommended it to me. The restaurant is Vertigo Grill and Moon Bar. Dinner was wonderful and then we went to the bar side to have a drink. It was great, we met a spanish guy who was with his girlfriend thai there too. I worked as a sales representative for a Spanish wine company and gave some recommendations in case I ever go back there (I think we will return). Almost finishing the drink, it started to rain so we had to run, but it was an almost almost perfect night :-)

Para finalizar el día, fuimos a cenar a uno de los restaurantes más exclusivos de Bangkok (por recomendación de una buena amiga), ella ha estado en Bangkok dos veces y me lo recomendó. El restaurante es Vertigo Grill and Moon Bar. La cena fue maravillosa y luego fuimos a la parte del bar a tomarnos una copa. Fue genial, conocimos a un chico español que estaba con su novia tailandesa allí también. Trabajaba como representante de ventas de una empresa vinícola española y nos dio unas recomendaciones por si alguna vez volvemos allí (yo creo que sí volveremos). Casi acabando la copa, se puso a llover así que tuvimos que salir corriendo, pero fue una noche casi casi perfecta :-)

I leave a small video of the views from the Moon Bar, there is not much difference with the photos but what is most impressive is the noise of the wind. It is more noise than anything else because I also tell you that for the height of the skyscraper, there was almost no wind.

Os dejo un pequeño vídeo de las vistas desde el Moon Bar, tampoco hay mucha diferencia con las fotos pero lo que más impresiona es el ruido del viento. Es más ruido que otra cosa porque también os digo que para la altura que tiene el rascacielos, no había casi viento.

So we finished our second day in Bangkok, the first day was day 1 of the trip. We went to the hotel to sleep and to rest because the route of the next day, that you will see in the post of tomorrow you will like very much.

Así acabamos nuestro segundo día en Bangkok, el primer día fue el día 1 del viaje. Nos fuimos al hotel a dormir y a descansar porque la ruta del día siguiente, que veréis en el post de mañana os va a gustar muchísimo.
