This is a blog revolving around our journey to save for a van and then our new life on the road - join us for the ride!

15th March 2019 - Part 26

Again too windy again to go and view the trailers, kinda frustrating but oh well!

Instead i have been making a list of things we need to pick up to make it so that when we finaly move into the trailer we have all the extras we need to have a full setup without having to what to buy when we have the van. It will be nice to already have everything!

We have a chain of stores in the UK called "go outdoors" this place is huge and carries lots of camping and caravan gear - so i think a trip is in order! What i will do is go and have a look round and hopefully buy a load of stuff but only purchase what can not be bought cheaper elsewhere..Every penny saved helps so we will be quite strict with this!

Where are you planning on going? I always thought it would be nice to have a van like like this and see the country. Maybe venture out into Wales and Scotland as well

Hi Lewis, We will start all around dorset and hampshire, visiting lots of places including the Jurassic coast, wales will defiantly be on the list and Scotland will be a long term place we will visit:)

Sounds good. I highly recommend Suffolk if you are looking for places to see. Lots of really friendly people there too. I lived in Devon for a bit and would recommend the countryside there as well. So check out a few places around there if you end up heading to Wales via Hampshire

Sounds good, Never considered Suffolk but i hope in time we will go everywhere:) will make a note of your suggestions in our "places to visit" list!

In Suffolk specifically check out Lavenham and Needham Market. Also go to Mersea Island in Essex. They are all proper English villages

Hope you some item's you need at a good price.
