Les Enfants Rouges

The funny thing about food is, that if you let Japanese chefs cook it is always better than the local chefs cusine. I am always visiting Japanese Chef based restaurants all over the world. The LER is run by a Japanese crew and offers amazing french food

The food is super affordable yet incredibly tasty and the presentation is amazing too. The great thing about Japanese chefs is the fact that they are trying to avoid salt at all cost. European food is usually super salty even in Michelin-Star restaurants. Salt is not to be used in food, on a Star Level Umami has to be cooked out of different ingredients.

Do you like Paris ???
