Hi guys!! come with us again as I'am going share to you our travel experiences last January 30, 2018 going to Guintubdan Mountain Resort situated in the mountainous part of Lacarlota City. Together with me are my friends Ruel and you know already Peter my travel buddy from my previous travel post. Its is the first time that Ruel will come with us to break-in his new motocycle Suzuki raider R150. Yesterday morning Ruel and Peter fetch me at 7am and start our road trip from Bacolod.
Take note: the access road going to Guintubdan is a very winding and high-rise mountain road side if you are going to ply the access road from Ma-ao City honestly it is not advisable for first timer if your persistence is higher than fear.. please extra careful. Because we don't want too much adventure during the road trip only. We used the access road of Lacarlota where road are mostly in normal pace.

Are you ready? Here we go

From Brgy. Cabug where I lived we start our travel its a road trip "motor bike " I ride on Peter's motor big bike .
Important Reminders: Bring all necessary documents of your vehicles in case there are possible check points, helmet as protective gear, money for spending, extra shirt, short pants, inner wear, camera to capture moments, jackets to protect from direct sunlight during travel, cellphones and most importantly don't forget to pray before leaving.

I took some shots while we are on the road trip using my Nikon Coolpix camera.to avoid fuzzy images I set my camera into smart menu to have a perfect shots even we are moving fast.

It takes more than an hour before we reach the Lacarlota City Proper because we are hungry! We stopped and eat breakfast at Jollibee fast food chain. I drink coffee and we eat corned beef with sunny side up egg plus the garlic rice.

After we took our breakfast we go to gasoline station to refuel just to make sure our motor bikes are in full tank. Then At the gasoline station I saw this transformer tumbler and took photos on it.

DSCN4829.JPG

Thank God our stomach are full and we are ready to travel again from city proper of Lacarlota going to Guintubdan.
The temperature going to Guintubdan is getting colder and colder "that's what I like"
I took some picture like trees and road set-ups for your reference that you're on the right tract.. If you fail to see this places or figures maybe you not on the right path better use your navigational map using your mobile phones. Don't worry there are signboards along the road telling that you are on the right path so keep an eye always.

Entrance fee for adult is 20 pesos then 10 pesos for kids. they can accommodate visitors 1,000 pesos for 2 persons overnight and 2,500 pesos for 5 persons for additional person need to add etxtra 100 pesos for beddings check time is at 2pm and check out at 12 noon. I have some photos here just enjoy watching.

Down stairs from the visitor center of Guintubdan resort we decided to go down and visit the Busay Dalupya
going down stairs is quite slippery and I suggest wear jackets because there are some wild insects especially mountain mosquitos are not safe.
Take note:
Wear proper clothes because is not only walking it is more on hiking. you need to crawl at some instances and better wear rubber shoes not slippers nor sandals there are lots of sharp stones. you might experience what happen to my right foot and left shoulder when I accidentally slept because of slippery stones because I removed my shoes.. so let your shoes from getting wet rather than acquiring any injuries and the saddest part my camera fell and submerged into the water when I slept. Don't worry it's working fine now by the help of rice granules

here are the photos that we captured during our visit at the Dulapya Falls of Guintubdan Mountain Resort.

Walking upstairs is no longer comfortable on my part because I had a swollen foot. Yet we need and I need too, because I'm very thirsty we need water to quench our thirst. Then after 15 minutes we reach the villa and Ruel bought us some water to drink and took some photos after because we need to move and visit the "TWIN FALLS" pride of Lacarlota tourist spot.
Before leaving Peter and I took some photos at the mini garden.

This is a continuation of our trip after Guintubdan Mountain Resort together with my two awesome friends my travel buddies via road trip riding on their motorcycles. The distance from Guintubdan is not that far it will take 10 minutes before reaching the travel center. But before we go the "Busay Gamay" we stopped first at the Rafael Salas resort to see the wonderful park but sad to say it was closed that time because it is under renovation. We just took some photos and stay for a minute and then leave the place after.

From Rafael Salas it takes 3 minutes before we reach the travel center where we register and log our names and designated locations. Before we start to walk and visit the said water falls the tour guide approach us that we cannot go to the place without a guide because the access is dangerous and high-rise path walk and because I feel bit hungry we drink native coffee partner with "Bananacue or Banana on stick cooked in oil filled with sugar" before we go.

Take note: Tour guide fee is 100 pesos per head but you can add some extra to your tour guide if you think he is the best. ( additional credit )
Our tour guide is manong Junior. Manong junior is a good guide because he was able to explain every spot that we passes by. He is also our photographer if three of us wants to take pictures. I took some photos during our walking period. The camera I used is from Peter Mobile phone because my camera is still wet because I was accidentally fell and submerged into the river.
here are some photos hope you like it.

After a 5 minutes walking we reach the viewing deck where you can see the twin falls from far. So manong Junior took us some photos and feel the coolness of the surrounding that soothes to our skin plus the fresh air which is very relaxing.

Important Reminders: Better wear comfortable jeans, not too tight because it is a very adventurous walking, climbing, crawling, dangerous, slippery, exhausting, muscle reflexing and many more you will experience. Never wear slippers I suggest rubber shoes to avoid unnecessary happening while you are on hiking.

Here are some photos of high-rise path walk during our hiking going down to the nestled river of twin falls.

after the very adventurous walking, climbing, crawling, dangerous, slippery, exhausting, muscle reflexing and many more that we experience ( repeated phrase ). We finally met the high, freezing water, beautiful, majestic, amazing, one of a kind Twin Water Falls of Lacarlota. This is the first highest water falls I've seen from all of my travel adventure and the water is very.. very... very... cold which has therapeutic benefit to our body. The portion where the water is falling is not deep just between 3 feet and 4 feet . Then we took pictures in many angles hope you guys like it.
