Sunday's trip to Krynica Zdrój started at 7:45 AM with Jadownik.

But in the beginning a few words about the same place:

Krynica Zdrój is a city in Poland, in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship. It has about 11,500 inhabitants. It is located in the Beskid Sądecki, in the valley of Kryniczanka stream and its tributaries. Krynica surrounds the hills of Parkowa Mountain. At the end of the century, Krynica became a popular holiday resort, attracting its artistic bohemian charm. Today, thanks to numerous investments, the city is still a favorite holiday destination for many Poles, who find ideal conditions for riding, playing tennis, cycling, mountain climbing, skiing, snowboarding.

It is famous for its healing sources of water.

Krynica mineral waters are famous for their medicinal properties and are used in the treatment of many diseases. In addition to drinking cure (crenotherapy), kratom is also used for therapeutic mineral-acid-carbon baths and for dry baths of natural carbonic anhydride gas. Hikers and tourists wishing to undergo crenotherapy have the choice of 20 types of mineral springs. In the pump room you can drink Zuber water, one of the strongest waters in Europe, with a specific taste and smell.

We started with "Havana". This district is already in the city center. There are bus stops and car parks.

We walked along the Kryniczanka River, visiting nearby buildings. And so we went down to a nearby park. Passing by the church and numerous stalls with souvenirs we got to the restaurant for a small refreshment and coffee :)

Visiting the nearby streets we encountered various beautiful buildings and various attractions.

Then we walked the Dielta Boulevards, Nikifor's Aleys, until we finally got to Promenade.

Pijalnia Główna - a monumental, modern building with steel construction, enclosed with aluminum panels and completely glazed. It was erected on the site of a former 100 year old pump house with a covered promenade, after which the only trace is a glazed Main Spa - a source ejaculating in front of the new building.

Later, after lunch we went to Parkowa Mountain. It is a peak with a height of 741 m. The park on its slopes is an excellent walking area right in the center of town. It was founded in 1810 - today preserved the original layout of the paths.

Among the forest thickets we can find many interesting sights and attractions:

Ponds - on the western slope of Park Mountain there are four lakes called Czaplimi Stawami (the largest one is the Swan Lake). From spring to late autumn, waterfowl can be found.

Gazebo - on the northern slope of the mountain, over the Palenica Valley, there are two 19th century wooden gazebos: "Wanda" and "Marzenie".

Kraszewski's Bench - was created on the occasion of celebrating the 50th anniversary of the creation of the bard of the so-called. Edwardówce.

The peak - there is the top station of the cable railway and the restaurant "U Babci Maliny". Attraction is the so-called. "Paradise Slides" high tower, from which you can take off "gutters".

Cable railway - in the twenties of the twentieth century, on the initiative of Professor of Agricultural University of Cracow - E. Chodzicki, the entire Spa Park was modernized.
