WARNING: The use of images that are not your own on which you claim the ownership will be flagged - HELPING TO STOP PLAGIARISM ON STEEMIT

Hello fellow Steemians,

I hope you are all having a great day :) As usually, I am here with my daily photo challenge where you can submit your personal images from your travels to Prague and other locations in the Czech Republic in the comment section below.

The best 15 entries of the day will get my upvote. I will then pick the absolute winner of the day from these 15 photos. The winning photo will be awarded with a bigger upvote and it will also be featured as the cover image for the challenge post the next day to give the author of the winning shot some more exposure and publicity.

Don’t forget to add a short background story for your entry with at least 30 words and let me just remind you one more time that only personal images will be accepted in the challenge.

There were many great entries submitted in the yesterday Prague/Czech Republic photo challenge and I had a hard time picking the best one. After a deliberate consideration, however, I decided to choose the following entry by @schmidthappens:

This is the Staropramen Brewery, the second largest brewery in the Czech Republic. When I visited in October, I had an opportunity to tour the facility. They began brewing beer in 1871 and registered the brand name (meaning "old spring") in 1911. It was impressive to see how the beer is made and tested for quality control. And like so much of Prague, the architecture of the buildings is wonderful!

Another picture I took from atop Town Hall. This time it is of The Powder Tower. The Powder Tower is one of the original 13 city gates in Old Town, Prague, Construction began in 1475. The tower was intended to be an attractive entrance into the city, instead of a defensive tower. The foundation stone was placed by Vladislav II.

Wonderful image and great entry! Thank you so much for posting and sharing with us. I will feature it as an entry in today's post. Tomas

The Powder Tower is a Gothic tower in Prague. It is one of the original city gates. It separates the Old Town from the New Town. The gate was used to store gunpowder, hence the name Powder Tower.

Thank you so much for your wonderful entry! Great post. Tomas

It is not easy to fit all of the most important parts of the St. Vitus Cathedral into one shot but it can be done with a bit of patience. This iconic church is one of the most famous religious buildings in the whole country but few people know it is actually not dedicated to St. Vitus only – since 1997, the cathedral has been dedicated to St. Wenceslas and St. Adalbert too.

A different view of the Prague city outside of Prague Castle where you can get some great shots of the city. We went during autumn so the colours of the leaves were still redish/orange. Plus the sun setting, it made the photos so pretty. The view around the castle was so spectacular you need to get your cameras ready

Again, the black curves of the bridges. It seems to me that they can be shot endlessly. To get to this point of shooting had to set off on a trip along the river on the boat. I like these walks. But unfortunately the best place to shoot a ship swims in a few seconds.

I love your pic! Grea job. Tomas

Thank you Tomas!
I'm already starting to think about coming to Prague and make a new photos)

I went to Prague in a rainy days - This is Old Town Square before the big rain coming. The big grey clouds becomes such a great background for the iconic church like in some fairy tale book. Regardless of this, people are still smiling and enjoying the little sunshine :)

Rainy days did not stop you from taking this great image. Well done. Tomas

The St. Vitus Cathedral is so worth visiting! Its old and gothic architecture is very complex and massive. The construction started in 1344 and it was in process for 600 years. I think it's the one of the most stunning Cathedrals in the world.

Really nice architecture and great photos!

Thank you! :)

Splendid! Thank you so much for your submission. Tomas

It’s a pleasure! Thank you

The Old Town Tower is the gateway to Malá Strana through the Charles Bridge. This medieval tower, considered one of the best examples of Gothic architecture in Europe, was for centuries the only way to access this part of the city, guarding the east side of the Charles Bridge.

What a lovely entry. Thank you so much for your participation. Have a great day. Tomas

My entry is from White Stones. They are located near Rynoltice. For their shape they are also called elephant rocks because they look like a group of elephants from a distance. The rocks are formed by obliquely inclined layers of light sandstone.

That is something new to me:).... The power of Steemit:).....

This photo was taken in Bechyně, a town in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. On the photo you can see T. G. Masaryk Square. The dominant monument of the square is church of st. Matthew. The church base is dated back to the 13th century and it was rebuilt several times; the most significant rebuilding took place in the 17th century
