Whale Alley, Russia On the Chukchi island of Itygran there is an ancient Eskimo sanctuary. In the frozen bank, huge bones and skulls of whales are dug. The avenue was opened in 1977, but its riddles are still unsolved. There is a suggestion that in the XIV century this place was used by whalers for ritual meetings. Judging by the multitude of "meat pits", the gatherings were accompanied by feasts, and the holes in the tops of the whale "pillars" indicate that, perhaps, the whalers were also playing games, hanging prizes on bones. But in folklore, there is no information about the purpose of the alley. But there is a legend about the battle there "flying shamans"

Nazca Lines, Peru

The Nazca plateau, like a canvas, is striated with giant patterns. Hummingbirds, monkey, spider, flowers, lizard, geometric figures - all in the valley of about 30 neatly executed in one manner drawings. Geoglyphs on the Nasca plateau were discovered almost a century ago, but scientists still argue who, how and when they created them. Some believe that this is an ancient irrigation system, others that they are "holy paths of the Incas", yet others claim that this is the oldest textbook on astronomy in the world. There is also a very mystical version as if the lines are a message from aliens. There are many theories, but not one is scientifically proven.

Podgoretsky Castle, Ukraine

The 17th-century palace in the Podgortsy village of the Lviv region would be an ordinary historical landmark (a perfectly preserved vivid example of the Renaissance architecture, the place where D'Artagnan and the three musketeers were filmed), had there been no anomalies noticed. According to legend, one of the castle's owners, Václav Rzhevuski, was terribly jealous of his beautiful wife Maria. So much that walled it in the walls of the palace. The guards of Podgoretsky Castle claim that they have seen the ghost of the "White Lady" more than once and constantly hear the knocking of heels on the marble floor.

Devil's Tower, USA

The Devil's Tower, or Devils Tower - is a columnar mountain in the state of Wyoming. It resembles a tower, assembled from separate columns. It's hard to believe that this is a creation of nature and not the hands of man. The indigenous population belonged to the tower with reverential horror, because on the top many strange light phenomena were observed many times. There was a legend as if the devil is sitting on top and beats into the drum, causing thunder. Due to poor reputation, the mountain is avoided by climbers. But it appears in Steven Spielberg's film "Close Encounters of the ThirdDegree" - that's where the meeting with the aliens takes place.
