Some time ago when the moment of the total lunar eclipse, I and two juniors from nature lovers University of Malikussaleh plan to camping aside survey sites around the city of Lhokseumawe. Everyone at that time was eager to see a very rare natural phenomenon happening in an open place, we chose a location that was never explored by other nature activists. That is the hill Panggoi, a very suitable place camping for nature lovers.

The town of Lhokseumawe is a small island located between the sea edge and the hills. The city of Lhokseumawe is also dubbed the city of Petro Dolar because it is famous for its oil and gas industry center.

Here's a glimpse of my adventure exploring the hills in the city of Lhokseumawe.

Preparation for the preparation of our packing is neat, this moment I do not want to miss. In the afternoon we moved to Panggoi Village to meet one of the community leaders to take care of entry permit to the hill. Administration is very important in a journey, because it's part of a mature management. Our arrival was very good reception, we were invited to dinner and after Maghrib Prayer we will be escorted to the starting point of tracking. Arriving at the starting point of tracking, we apparently had to make our own route to get to the top we were going to go. This time I did not pass through the meeting of the trees, but this time past the meeting weeds grass that exceeds us. An hour up the slope of the hill, we finally reached the destination. Take a break, we immediately make a tent and some prepare dinner. The lights of the city are clearly visible, we just wait for the lunar eclipse while enjoying coffee.

The night was clear the process of the lunar eclipse, but unfortunately we only have a camera phone to take pictures. Unable to be properly captured by the camera, I decided to record with my own eyesight and memory that I had seen a total lunar eclipse.

I will wait in the morning while lying down in front of the camp. Did not feel the time was spinning fast, welcome to the morning.

The morning that gives good luck, the sun is clearly visible light refracts all corners of the horizon. I do not want to stay still, I take the camera to take some good pictures. Here's my shots using the ASUS Zenfone 3Max camera phone.

That's my best photos at the time, hope you like it. The day was bright and hot. I'll look for shady places with lots of trees to hang a hammock, we'll take a few hours and go home. This is an incredible moment in my life journey because it is still given the opportunity to enjoy God's creation. I already have a nice place to relax, no need to go far when needed. This place I would recommend for those who like camping and love photography.

After our rest, we packed all the gear into the bag and went straight home. So my first adventure to the hill Panggoi, see you later on the next adventure explore the natural archipelago.

Nature and its contents are the creation of God Almighty, this is contained in the code of conduct of nature lovers of Indonesia. What we need to emphasize is that we must find ourselves the natural beauty we want, not just wait from others. Let's take care and care for this nature to keep it beautiful.
