A really great post! But I have to ask when did you visit Tirana? The last two year I think the traffic and garbage problem have improved a lot!
I was there last year. Tirana was not that bad...It was the surrounding area :)
I see, you must be right, I haven't really seen the surrounding areas but I know that in the city they are doing a good job. Hopefully this will apply in the future for the areas outside the city that you saw and the next time you will visit, things will be different! Thank you for your reply!
