I love Venice. Every time I'm there, I always find something new. This fall, I again managed to visit this amazing city and take a few photos. I will be very glad to show you these photos.

This time my guide in Venice was a woman who came here in the early nineties. She came with her husband for work related to industrial design, settled on the island of Venice.

It's amazing how difficult and expensive the life of an ordinary person in Venice. Everything is done by hand. There are no cranes. If you want to put a bath on the second floor, take it on your hands. To bring something somewhere - we need a boat. And now, on the Grand Canal, there are boats here and there, which carry food, laundry to laundry, wine to restaurants. Carry out economic transportation.

And next to them here and there swim black swans of Venice - gondolas. By the way, it's right to say "gOndola". Not GondOla.

Expensive pleasure, these gondolas. In all senses. Ride on it costs from 70 to 100 euros for half an hour. The price of travel is not set by each individual gondolier, the price for all is set by the local authorities.
