American airlines (ticker: AAL) is not done going up
The first wave is not done but expect a retracement around 37.92 or 39.04 level. When you are not already long the retracement can be a good spot to pick this stock up around 36 dollar. Target is around 42 dollar.
Fundamentally it also makes sense. More people are going on vacation in this period and oil will probably go down which can boost the stock price.
You have to be careful now. There is negative divergence on the chart. It's time to take profits when you are long.
