Novice traders, make room for big guns now. Bitcoin futures coming!

Good morning Steemit! Bitcoin just keeps surprising, doesn't it?

Bitcoin hits a new record on it's birthday, as CME Group announces Bitcoin futures trading.
Trading BTC futs should become available before Santa's arrival. Via CoinTelegraph

CME Group's announcment comes right on the heels of the same from CBOE. CME Group is the worlds largest options and futures exchange.

So next logical step is Bitcoin ETFs. Read more about this on Bloomberg

But IMO, this all will change the game for regular traders. It doesn't mean that when the big boys enter, BTC will be sold heavily, but now traders should prepare for moves that could leave them baffled and empty-handed. Well, best not to predict, we'll just have to see, what it is.

BTCUSD chart is already crazy. There is a clear 3-drive on the daily chart at a big resistance area. The RSI is a little too strong for my liking, but BTC can easily be in a phase where it just doesnt care. Quite often patterns overshoot to the point of turning everyones sentiment the otherway round. So look for more optimist and then a turn. Definitely not a buy at the end of these patterns - 3-drive, RSI div, 161% fib extension, bearish wedge-like formation.

So, what else is on the radar?

DAX does what DAX does best. When it cannot get above a strong resistance, it gaps above it. The RSI is crazy high already. Look for the gap to close at some point soon. Nevertheless, bullish, just don' buy it here. Miss out if needed, but no-one buys the highs.
