$STEEM Technical Update 28/11 - Need to confirm breakout !
The $STEEM is trying to breakout from it's falling raise pattern.
Volume are not coming in at the moment for a proper breakout.
If volume are poping in the target should be around 1,75$ per $STEEM
That would make a nice upside potential of 52% gain.
