This is the history of manipulation, such as the news of the security failure of Intel chips (Meltdown and Specter, you can see technical details in the following link), how the big investors of the company act to make money (or leave of losing it) before the news hits the market
1.Intel finds out about the problem.
2.Those who can, sell already at that same moment, little by little, without mounting much noise.
3.Intel manages to raise its stock price through surprising results and flattering statements from its CEO.
4.The CEO of Intel programs his divestment in the company. Then the price falls, again slowly, while very few realize that something is not right.
5.The CEO's trading plan is executed in which he sells everything he can technically sell at an excellent price, practically at maximum.
6.It leaks the news that Intel has a very serious problem.
7.The price falls.
