IT'S ALL TRADING BOTS THERE..
I TRIED TO EXCHANGE USDT/BTC
BUT I TRACKED THE TRADES AND I SAW THAT EVERYTHING IS DONE BY BOTS

THE ALTERNATIVE IS TO LEAVE AN OPEN ORDER OR JUST WAIT WITH MY USDT FOR BTC WILL GO DOWN.

        I agree that long term positions and long term investments are much better... Just make your buy order and check it only once a week.
