One day of mine | Benim Bir Günüm
Merhabalar herkese,
Uzun zamandır yazmaya fırsatım olmadı maalesef...Yoğun tempo dolayısıyla aksattığım tek şey burası olmadı tabi ki, aynı zamanda beslenme düzenim de bozuldu.
Bunun yanı sıra havaların kasveti de herkes kadar beni de etkiledi. Umarım yakın zamanda iklim düzene girer çünkü gidişat gerçekten endişe verici olmaya başladı!
Tempodan ve günün stresinden uzaklaşmak için kısa bir yürüyüş yaptım. Yeşil insanı gerçekten rahatlatıyor...
Yürüyüş sonrası ihtiyacım olan bir kaç şeyi almak için evimin yanında bulunan Alışveriş merkezine uğradım.
Alışveriş yorgunluğunu kendime bahane edip koca bir porsiyon Waffelı yedim... İki adım yürüdüm yüz buldum!👩🏻🏫
Neyseki pişman değilim!
