Güneş Dünyamız için yaşam kaynağı ama oldukça zararlı da olabiliyor.Aşırı sıcaklarda bu zararlarından korunmak için dikkat etmek gerekiyor.
Özellikle çocuklarq dikkat !!!.Mümkün olduğunca dışarı çıkmamak ve gölgede kalmak gerekiyor.Tabi işi dışarda olanlar için bu mümkün değil.Bol bol su içmek ve açık renkli ince giysiler bizi bir nebze olsun koruyabilir.
Dolayısıyla hava şartlarını değiştiremeyiz ama önlem alarak güneşin ve sıcak havanın zararlarından korunmak bizim elimizde.
